It can be hard to keep track of your tickets using emails only. Luckily there is a way to see a list of all your tickets and their statuses in one place: https://support.manaosoftware.com
If you have never signed in to our support system before, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://support.manaosoftware.com
- Click on the "Sign in" link in the top corner.
- Click on the "Get a password" link in the sign in dialog that appears.
You can now use the password to sign in and see all tickets you have submitted earlier, as well as any new ones you submit in the future, whether through email or through the web page.
